SGS Global testifies to be a front runner of the commerce revolution in India. Its retail labels compromise of an unparalleled addition of MG Road, Pune City - SGS Mall, constructed in approximately 2.5 acres of land. SGS Mall caters to discerning shoppers by offering a myriad range of leading brands, with a touch of admirable ambience and fine quality. SGS Hotels entered the UK hospitality market over a decade ago with the acquisition of Ramada Solihull, Birmingham, a 146-room property spread across three acres of freehold land near Birmingham Airport. The hotel blends historic character, including its 16th-century Oak Beamed Coaching Inn Bar, with contemporary comforts, traditional and international dining, and its signature Indian cuisine.
The portfolio also includes Best Western Calcot Hotel in Reading, a distinctive 80-room property set across two acres of freehold land, with conference facilities for up to 160 delegates. Known for its authentic charm, local character, welcoming atmosphere, and quality hospitality, the hotel combines comfortable accommodation with dining and business facilities. SGS Hotels continues to explore opportunities to expand its hospitality portfolio across the United Kingdom.

SGS Realty is a leading player in infrastructure and real estate development, with properties across Delhi, Ghaziabad, Pune, and other key locations. Its portfolio spans industrial, commercial, residential, and retail developments.
A key development is The Prestige City, Indirapuram, a 63-acre integrated township with over 10 million sq. ft., bringing together residences, retail, dining, entertainment, healthcare, and education. SGS Realty also plans approximately 35 million sq. ft. of future developments across strategic locations in India, along with a health resort and farmhouses on its 145-acre Madhya Pradesh landholding.
