Mr. Subhash Gulati began his entrepreneurial journey in January 1974 after completing his education and an Industrial Management programme conducted by the Ministry of Industry, Government of India. He started with the production, processing, and trading of certified agricultural seeds under “ASGROW Seeds India”, which grew rapidly. Over the years, his extensive travels and entrepreneurial vision led him to diversify into real estate, equity, finance, hospitality, and shopping malls. In the early 1990s, he focused on real estate and infrastructure, particularly leasing industrial spaces to multinational corporations, while acquiring and trading properties across India.

Mr. Mayank Gulati holds a distinguished academic background, having completed his Bachelor of Commerce followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Finance. His keen interest in the legal dimensions of business inspired him to pursue a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and subsequently a Master of Law (LLM). with specialization in Corporate Law.

Mr. Sankalp Gulati holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Driven by a strong interest in law, he further pursued Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.), specializing in Corporate Law and Arbitration. Upon completing his academic journey, Mr. Gulati joined his family business, which has diverse interests across industries.

Mr. K.V.S. Swaroop Kumar brings with him an extensive and distinguished career spanning over three decades in the real estate sector. Throughout his professional journey, he has contributed to the growth and success of several leading real estate companies, gaining deep expertise in property development, strategic management, and organizational leadership. 


Mr. Atul Srivastava is an accomplished investment planner with over 22 years of experience in equity markets, financial Markets, commodity and currency markets. He holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resources. Throughout his career, he has specialized in designing financial strategies, aligning investment goals with risk appetite in a structured manner. Mr. Srivastava serves as a Director with the Group.

Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain is a seasoned Financial Planner and Group Chief Financial Officer with over 40 years of expertise in finance, accounts, treasury operations, strategic planning, and corporate reporting. His career spans fund/resource mobilization, capital restructuring, IPO strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and project expansion initiatives. Known for his dynamic leadership and hands-on approach, he has successfully implemented financial systems, driven organizational growth, and led negotiations with NBFCs and private equity/debt funds. Mr. Jain excels in motivating teams, optimizing processes, and designing robust internal controls that support effective decision-making and sustainable business performance.

Mr. Dinesh Gandhi is a highly qualified legal professional specializing in Real Estate Laws, including RERA and related regulatory frameworks. With over 38 years of comprehensive experience, he has consistently delivered end-to-end legal solutions across the real estate spectrum—from land aggregation to final sales. His expertise encompasses all aspects of structured documentation for real estate transactions, including land acquisition, collaborative ventures, title due diligence, sales and litigation. Mr. Gandhi currently serves as the Group’s Legal Head, a role he has held for more than a decade, contributing significantly to the organization’s legal strategy and operational excellence.
